Terms of service

• 1. Who the service is for

  Constell8tion is a private matchmaking service operated by Constell8tion LLC for people seeking a committed relationship involving one man and two or more women. Some are starting a new relationship, while others are adding to an existing one. To apply, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter the relationship you are seeking. Before any introduction, all existing partners must be involved in the decision and agree to proceed.

• 2. Membership and fees

  Membership for men is arranged individually. The fee is discussed during the discovery call. The fee, payment, and any refund or cancellation terms are agreed upon in writing in your membership agreement before matchmaking work begins. There is no membership fee for women.

• 3. The interview and screening

  Your matchmaker reviews every application and personally interviews every applicant, men and women alike, before any introduction. We confirm your identity during the interview, including a photo ID. We may decline an application and will notify you of our decision. Our screening process is limited to the checks we actually perform and does not guarantee a member's character, intentions, or future conduct.

• 4. Introductions

  Your matchmaker selects every introduction. Assessment results inform the matchmaker's decision but do not determine it. You may decline any introduction without giving a reason, and you are never obligated to accept one. Contact details are exchanged only when both parties agree. We cannot guarantee how two people will feel or whether an introduction will lead to a relationship. We commit to following our matching process and checking every proposed introduction against all eight established criteria.

• 5. Conduct and confidentiality

  Be honest in your application and your interview. Treat everyone you are introduced to with respect before, during, and after you meet. What you learn about another member is shared with you in confidence: do not share it, screenshot it, or publish it. Nothing in this section prevents you from reporting misconduct, seeking emergency assistance, or making a disclosure required or protected by law. If a member breaks these rules, we may end their membership.

• 6. Ending your membership

  You may end your membership at any time by emailing contact@constell8tion.com. Your membership ends once we process your cancellation and confirm it to you. We may end your membership if you breach these terms. When membership ends, no further introductions will be made. Any refund is handled under your membership agreement. We handle your personal information after membership ends as described on our privacy page.

• 7. Our responsibility

  Constell8tion provides matchmaking and introduction services. We are not responsible for the independent conduct or decisions of members when they interact with one another. We encourage you to meet in a public place the first time and tell someone you trust where you are going. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

• 8. Changes and contact

  If we make material changes to these terms, we will notify members by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect, except where a different timeline is required or permitted by law. Changes will apply from the stated effective date and will not retroactively alter rights or obligations that have already accrued. If you do not agree to a change, you may contact us to discuss your membership options, including ending your membership in accordance with these terms.
