No names, no photographs, no identifying detail. Anywhere.
Every candidate signs a confidentiality agreement before your profile is shared. Your identity follows only after you approve the introduction.
We don't sell, rent, or trade data. There is no advertising business here.
Everyone is interviewed before any introduction is made. We meet both sides ourselves.
On request, your file is destroyed at the close of your engagement.
Particular exposure — a public role, a pending matter, an ex with a legal team — is worth raising early. We have worked around most of it.
